Refund Policy

Refund rule

Refund requests within 7 days. If your report failed to generate or you were charged twice, you get a full refund. A report that was delivered in full is not refunded unless the law requires it.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund where the rule or applicable law does not require one. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider to the original payment method.

Requesting a refund

Contact support@astrocartographymap.app with the email you paid with (or your account email), charge date, and reason. Do not send card details.
