Who operates this service

AstrocartographyMap at astrocartographymap.app is operated by AstrocartographyMap in Hong Kong. Operator contact address: support@astrocartographymap.app. The service is described as: Free astrocartography chart and map: enter your birth date, time and place to see every planetary line and your best cities in plain English. Data we process

We process account identity information supplied through Google Sign-In or the email address you sign in with, service usage and security logs, billing references supplied by Stripe and PayPal, support messages, and files or content you intentionally submit to use the service. We do not receive your Google password or full payment-card number.

Why we use data

We use this data to provide and secure the service, authenticate accounts, process payments and subscriptions, deliver support and transactional messages, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve reliability.

Service providers

We use Google for authentication, Stripe and PayPal for payment processing and subscription billing when applicable, Microsoft Clarity for anonymized usage recordings outside the EEA, UK and Switzerland, and Cloudflare Workers, D1, R2, DNS, and Email for hosting, storage, security, and transactional messages. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Birth details

We send your birth details to our server to calculate your map and do not store them for that. If you buy a report, we keep the report on our server for up to 30 days so you can get it again, even without an account. We also keep a scrambled fingerprint of your birth details with that purchase, so you are not charged twice for the same report.

Your birth date, time and place are kept in your browser. If you sign in, they are also kept with your account, along with any city reports you bought, so you can open them on your other devices. You can remove them on the My Cities page, and they are deleted when you delete your account.

Retention

Remove saved birth details and your report on the My Cities page, delete the whole account in Settings > Security, or email support; data is removed within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting us. We may retain records required for tax, fraud prevention, disputes, security, or other legal obligations.

Children

The service is not intended for children or anyone below the minimum age required to enter a contract in their location.
