How to delete an AstrocartographyMap account and data
Request deletion
Signed-in users can delete their account themselves in Settings > Security > Delete Account.
You can also email support@astrocartographymap.app from the email address of your account. We may verify identity before acting.
What happens next
Remove saved birth details and your report on the My Cities page, delete the whole account in Settings > Security, or email support; data is removed within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
Limited billing, fraud-prevention, security, backup, or legal records may be retained for the period required by law or legitimate operational needs.
